1. Acceptance of these Terms
By selecting “I agree”, registering for, or attending conferences or any related Events Central activity (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, or do not have authority to accept them, you may not register for or attend the Event.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

3. Scope
These Terms apply to all Events Central events and related activities, including in-person conferences, online activities, sponsorships, and participation in related event services.
4. Registration and Payment
4.1 Attendee registration
Your registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email from us.
Please do not make travel or accommodation arrangements until your registration has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse any registration at our sole discretion.
4.2 Sponsor registration
Sponsor participation is only confirmed once full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Events Central.
Sponsor benefits:
are subject to final approval by Events Central
may be limited by venue capacity or event format
require compliance with all deadlines, formats, and venue requirements
Failure to comply may result in the loss of sponsor benefits without refund.
We may modify sponsor allocations, placements, or benefits at our discretion where operationally necessary.
Sponsors acknowledge that delivery of benefits depends on timely compliance with all deadlines and requirements. Failure to meet such deadlines may result in partial or full loss of sponsor benefits without refund, credit, or liability on the part of Events Central.
4.3 Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made by credit card. We may also accept invoice or wire transfer.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
5. Registration on Behalf of Others
If you register on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the attendee has been made aware of and accepted these Terms.
6. Tickets and Transfers
Tickets may not be resold.
Transfers are only permitted where approved by Events Central and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, only within the same legal entity.
Any unauthorized resale or transfer will make the ticket invalid.
7. Travel, Accommodation, and Visa
Travel and accommodation are not included in the ticket price unless explicitly stated.
You are solely responsible for your own travel, accommodation, visa, passport, and any other entry requirements.
Events Central is not liable for travel, accommodation, visa, or related costs or issues.
8. Admission and Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from, the Event any person, without liability or refund, who:
disrupts the Event
behaves in a way that may cause nuisance, damage, or risk to others
poses a safety or health risk
fails to comply with applicable laws, venue rules, or these Terms
All participants must comply with venue rules, staff instructions, and Event policies at all times.
Attendance is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older.
9. Waiver and Assumption of Risk
Participation in the Event is voluntary and at your own risk.
You acknowledge that attending the Event may involve inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury, illness, or loss of or damage to property.
You agree to comply with all Event rules, venue rules, and health and safety instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless Events Central, the venue, sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Event.
We may require confirmation of this waiver during registration or at check-in and may retain records of your acceptance.
10. Event Changes
We may, at any time, make changes to the Event, including changes to:
the program
speakers
topics
venue
format
dates
timings
Such changes do not entitle you to a refund or compensation unless required by applicable law.
11. Postponement or Cancellation
If the Event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued in the event of postponement.
If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will refund the registration fee paid. Any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable payment processing or banking fees where permitted by law.
Our total liability in connection with cancellation is limited to the amount paid for the Event ticket.
12. Attendee and Sponsor Cancellation
Attendees
Attendees may cancel and receive a full refund if written notice is received no later than 60 days before the start of the Event.
Sponsors
Sponsors may cancel and receive a refund only if written notice is received no later than 90 days before the start of the Event.
No refunds will be issued after these deadlines.
Substitutions may be allowed through the registration system or by written agreement with Events Central.
13. Event Restrictions
Unless expressly approved by Events Central:
no side events may be held during official Event session hours
no marketing flyers, banners, giveaways, or promotional materials may be distributed outside your assigned sponsor area or other designated area
no unauthorized promotional activity may take place at the Event
Violation fees may apply, including:
EUR 5,000 for unauthorized side events during official session hours
EUR 2,000 for unauthorized promotional distribution
These amounts represent reasonable pre-estimates of the losses and disruption caused.
14. Photo, Video, and Recording
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by Events Central or by third parties acting on our behalf.
By attending the Event, you grant Events Central a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, job title, company name, and statements for promotional, marketing, editorial, commercial, and archival purposes in any media now known or later developed.
If you would like us to remove or anonymize identifiable content featuring you, you may contact us and we will assess the request in accordance with applicable law and operational feasibility.
You may not record, reproduce, or distribute Event sessions or content without our prior written consent.
15. Insurance and Property
You are responsible for arranging your own insurance in connection with attending the Event. We recommend that you obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.
Events Central is not liable for any loss of or damage to personal property, or for personal injury, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Event Badges
Event badges, wristbands, or other access credentials are personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered participant.
They must be worn or displayed as instructed during the Event.
17. Event App
Use of the Event app is optional.
If you provide consent, your attendee profile may be visible to other attendees in the app and may enable attendee-to-attendee contact or messaging.
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
18. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may use your information to:
manage your registration
communicate important Event information
send relevant event-related updates
We do not share attendee lists with sponsors.
You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
19. Intellectual Property
All Event content, branding, materials, and related intellectual property remain the property of Events Central or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any Event materials without prior written permission.
20. Disclaimer
Speakers, sponsors, and other participants are responsible for their own views, opinions, and content.
Event content is provided for general information purposes only. Events Central makes no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or suitability, and accepts no liability for reliance placed on any Event content.
21. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Events Central is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
Events Central’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Event or these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant ticket or sponsorship
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22. Force Majeure
Events Central is not liable for any delay, disruption, modification, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government action, or venue unavailability.
23. Anti-Harassment Policy
Events Central has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, stalking, unwanted attention, hateful conduct, or threatening behavior.
We may take any action we deem appropriate in response to such behavior, including immediate removal from the Event without refund.

24. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Events Central in relation to the Event and supersede any prior discussions or communications relating to the same subject matter.
You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement or representation not expressly set out in these Terms.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
